Rental Policies

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this rental agreement. By renting equipment from our company, you agree to abide by these policies, ensuring the proper use and care of the machinery.

2. Rental Duration

Rental periods are calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the agreement. The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered to the renter or picked up from our facility and ends when the equipment is returned in good working condition.

  • Daily Rental: 24 hours
  • Weekly Rental: 7 consecutive days
  • Monthly Rental: 28 consecutive days

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon the commencement of the rental period, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, or certified checks.

  • Late Payment: Any payment not received by the due date is subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Equipment Use

  • The renter agrees to use the equipment solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Only qualified and trained operators are allowed to use the equipment.
  • Any misuse or damage caused by improper operation will be the responsibility of the renter.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery Fees may apply based on the delivery location and distance.
  • Renter is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe location for delivery and operation of the machinery.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Renter is responsible for daily maintenance checks, including fluid levels and tire pressure, to ensure safe operation.
  • Any breakdowns or malfunctions should be reported immediately. If repairs are needed due to normal wear and tear, the renter will not be responsible for repair costs.
  • However, if damage occurs due to negligence or misuse, the renter will be liable for all repair costs.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Renter must provide proof of General Liability Insurance and Equipment Insurance prior to the rental period.
  • The renter assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, including theft or vandalism, from the time of delivery until it is returned.
  • Our company will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

8. Damage Deposit

A damage deposit may be required before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good working condition, less any fees for damages or excessive wear.

9. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental will incur no fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are issued for rentals that are cut short.

10. Force Majeure

Our company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes in such events.

11. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate this rental agreement at any time if the renter breaches any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all rented equipment must be returned immediately.

12. Governing Law

This rental agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
